3. SMS Call Notifications

If a DialedIn customer elects to receive SMS call notifications, we may collect and process the recipient's mobile phone number, notification preferences, consent timestamp and source, verification status, opt-out status, related account information, and message-delivery information.

We use this information to enroll authorized recipients, verify and manage notification preferences, generate and deliver transactional call notifications, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent unwanted messages, troubleshoot delivery issues, and comply with applicable legal and carrier requirements.

SMS call notifications may include the customer's business name, caller details, a concise call summary, caller sentiment, urgency or recommended follow-up timing, and a link to the applicable call record. Message frequency varies based on the number of calls received and analyzed for the customer's business. Message and data rates may apply.

Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using DialedIn. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by disabling SMS notifications through an available DialedIn account setting. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

DialedIn does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging service, such as telecommunications and technology providers, solely as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot delivery, or comply with law.

Wireless carriers and service providers may process message and delivery information under their own terms and privacy policies. SMS delivery is not guaranteed.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

DialedIn uses artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, speech recognition technology, and automated processing tools to provide certain features.
